Just so everyone knows, Poofy has a 30 day exchange policy. Simply email me and let me know you would like to process an exchange and I will email you your invoice. Then, send your product back (even makeup that has been tried is accepted) with the invoice and a note saying what you would like instead. It does NOT have to be an even exchange, you can exchange for a totally different product of the same price and if the price is a bit more, simply include payment for the difference.

Since our products are truly so awesome, I rarely process exchanges. However, I want you to know that as a valued customer of mine, I offer to pay for return shipping for ONE exchange per customer. So, if you are unsatisfied for ANY reason, PLEASE let me know!
